Procedure:
1) The buyer issues a LOI with complete buyer’s and bank’s information and sends to seller’s agent.
* NCND and IMFPA will be signed and stamped by buyer. all the documents will be exchanged through Oil trading group in Iran.
2) Seller’s agent issues a fco and sends it directly to buyer.
3) The buyer, within 5 working days, countersigns fco and sends it to the seller’s agent with bank capability letter (bcl) as annex sample.
4) The seller, received the countersigned fco and bcl, within 5 working days, issues the draft contract (ctr ) and sends it to the buyer, open for any simple changes, together with documents that demonstrate ability to sell.
5) since Iran is under embargo and non of the banks can receive LC, payment instruction will be advised accordingly based on the Item and case.
